      La première fois c’est toujours un peu plus long. Une fois les repères acquis, tu verras que c’est vraiment très simple.
      Sur le blog, il existe 2 recettes, avec ou sans pâte. A toi de faire le choix. perso, j’aime bien celle avec la pâte brisée.
      Si tu n’as pas beaucoup de temps, opte pour celle sans pâte. Les blancs d’œufs pour une meringue.

    Comme quoi rien ne vaut les pâtisserie maison faite avec amour et de bons produits. Quel dommage qu’ autant de personnes utilisent les poudres a crème mais de grands chefs pâtissiers 🙁
